Bethany did an amazing job easing the tension in my shoulders and back, I had massages in the past but never felt like they made any long lasting help. Someone who is in chronic pain for years I've been going to Touch of Change for 2 1/2 years.I made an appointment once a month, about every 4 weeks,each time I went, my back got better, it doesn't happen with just one session. You need to stay on a regular monthly schedule. I can honestly say that my back pain is nonexistent now.Still a client to this day,she's awesome !Thanks to Bethany
