I booked an appointment. Monica contacted me and asked if I could reschedule, due to a scheduling conflict on her end. I made a last-minute change. When I texted her I was running late, she said it wouldn't be worth it to have a partial session. I still had to pay for the full appointment.
Monica is great - very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Her studio is clean and very comforting/relaxing.
