I purchased a pair of German walking shoes at the Touch of Bavaria shop in Mount Angel. This morning I put them on for a more then 5 mile walk around Mount Angel and up and over Mount Angel Abbey Hill. They fit very well and were very comfy. The Touch of Bavaria fills many of my Bavarian needs. They have a great collection of quality goods. Pay them a visit. They'll take good care of you.
I have to update my review because I absolutely adore this store. Every year I would look online for dirndls and authentic German attire, but I felt so lost and confused with sizing, pricing, and deciphering good brands vs. fake costumes. Thankfully, I found Touch of Bavaria who made my life 100x easier. Scott and Kristi have helped me the last two years with purchasing my attire for Oktoberfest and I'll keep going back.
