I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Touch Med Spa today. Before making the drive, I called specifically to confirm that they had the Jane Iredale Tinted Serum in stock. I was placed on hold and then disconnected. I called back, was disconnected AGAIN, and eventually received a call back with an apology and confirmation that the product was available. Rescheduled me twice. Extremely rude and non welcoming staff. Especially the owner whom I would except more from. Very belittling. Rudeness is poor professionalism in my opinion.
✨Update: March 29th, 2024 From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness from Sadie. She's a sweetheart. I've loved Touch MedSpa for a long time and Bailey always makes me feel beautiful. this company has a policy where if you cancel in an indecent amount of time or don’t show up for your appointment, they’ll charge you $100 ! & although i’ve never once been late or missed an appointment, today my laser session was cancelled 15 minutes before my appointment. after i’d already rearranged my entire workday & driven half an hour to get there - they literally called me to cancel while i was in their parking lot. call me crazy but uhh, i have a cancellation policy too!! :) & touch medspa owes me $100 for cancellin... read more
The service was done with minimal discomfort and Autumn explained everything before she did it. She was very professional!
