this company has a policy where if you cancel in an indecent amount of time or don’t show up for your appointment, they’ll charge you $100 ! & although i’ve never once been late or missed an appointment, today my laser session was cancelled 15 minutes before my appointment. after i’d already rearranged my entire workday & driven half an hour to get there - they literally called me to cancel while i was in their parking lot. call me crazy but uhh, i have a cancellation policy too!! :) & touch medspa owes me $100 for cancellin... read more
