I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Touch Med Spa today. Before making the drive, I called specifically to confirm that they had the Jane Iredale Tinted Serum in stock. I was placed on hold and then disconnected. I called back, was disconnected AGAIN, and eventually received a call back with an apology and confirmation that the product was available. Rescheduled me twice. Extremely rude and non welcoming staff. Especially the owner whom I would except more from. Very belittling. Rudeness is poor professionalism in my opinion.
✨Update: March 29th, 2024 From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness from Sadie. She's a sweetheart. I've loved Touch MedSpa for a long time and Bailey always makes me feel beautiful. Touch MedSpa is extremely lucky to have her as she not only has extensive knowledge about skincare, she's a genuinely good person, loves her job and it shows.
