Absolutely love the vibe here. I've been a few times now and Chanel is the best. Booking a "Good for the Sole" session with her is like going to heaven for 50 mins. I have been on a plight to find an epic masseuse in the city for years now and my prayers have been answered. Don't think - just book with Chanel. You'll thank me later!
My experience a couple of weeks ago was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To the point where I’m still irritated until now to write this review. I booked my appointment through their online system which showed multiple open time slots, so I assumed everything was confirmed.
