My experience a couple of weeks ago was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To the point where I’m still irritated until now to write this review. I booked my appointment through their online system which showed multiple open time slots, so I assumed everything was confirmed. On the day of my appointment I got a call saying they had double booked the time and my appointment basically didn’t exist anymore. Seamless booking. The massage therapist (Chanel) was on point with the right amount of pressure. Would definitely love to be back.
