They don’t even pick up there phone also! Got the complete interior detail and they pretty much did nothing. I had told the employee my daughter had puked a little in the spot where the photo is. I had cleaned it really well for about 30 minutes before I took it in. Once their cleaner smell had wore off I still faintly smelled the like. The wash brush hose had a hole in it that had been taped over in a lame attempt to repair it. You don't have backup hoses in stock in case they are punctured? Anyway, I didn't notice until I had already started washing and I just dealt with getting water sprayed on me while washing. Not soaked but definitely wet. Glad it was a warm day. Sounds like it wasn't their fault, this is a nice facility, five stars!
