Very good massage therapy Teddy is really good and strong
I have been going to Touch & Heal for a little over a year and I couldn't go anywhere else! Teddy is amazing at understanding the body, locating tight areas and releasing built up tension. She is attentive, professional, and very thorough in understanding my health needs to ensure appropriate care. I always leave there feeling relaxed and increased mobility. Great massage and overall experience. Go see her and enjoy!

Teddy is absolutely an amazing therapist. She listens and knows exactly what to do and how much pressure to use. I had injured my back last year and she helped tremendously with that healing process. I walk out feeling like a million bucks!!
Teddy was absolutely amazing and has a very relaxing environment. She focused on my areas of concern and I felt great afterwards. She also communicated prior to my appt to give me exact details about her location in the salon area. I highly recommend Teddy if you are in the area.
