Teddy is great, solid pressure, strong hands, slower pace, knowledgeable about anatomy
Teddy is a wonderful masseuse. She listens to your directions. She provides high-quality care. I went there recently with severe stiffness and pain in my back and joints. After my visit, the paun subsided by 80%. She recommended that I come back within a few days to remove any lingering hot spots.. She treats you as a friend rather than a client. She has my utmost respect and highest recommendation.
Very good massage therapy Teddy is really good and strong
I have been going to Touch & Heal for a little over a year and I couldn't go anywhere else! Teddy is amazing at understanding the body, locating tight areas and releasing built up tension. She is attentive, professional, and very thorough in understanding my health needs to ensure appropriate care. I always leave there feeling relaxed and increased mobility.
