I have had nothing less than STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Elena at TAG. I have an old AvComm headset that I bought around 2005. I love it but wanted to move it to the right seat and go ANR. After trying other ANR headsets, I noticed that AvComm has a highly rated, but hard to find, CARBON FIBER(!) ANR headset, the AC1000C. The few places that offered it had it priced at $700.00. Never answer the phone, beware
Company does not honor prices on their website, avoid!
they have the wrong prices for things on their website, and sell stuff as new that has been discontinued for 3 years now. Nobody picks up the phone or responds to an email.
Do not order from this company!! They don’t honor the prices on their website. I ordered a product at a certain price and got the confirmation email. I then get a call saying that the price has gone up approx $40 so I’d have to pay the new price or cancel. Bait and switch!!! Don’t trust their “lower” prices and don’t bother ordering from them. Go with someone more reputable and save the headache.
