My friend and I dined here on a Wednesday evening with a 5:45 p.m. reservation for the three-course prix fixe menu ($75 per person, not including drinks). As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted by the loveliest hostess Bridget. We had a drink before our reservation for the 7 course chefs counter experience. Brunch here was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish delivered bold, well-balanced flavors that made the entire experience memorable. In a growing fine dining market with Noble Cellar getting all the hype for French food, Touche is consistently and quietly in a league of its own. It is the only restaurant I go to with no idea what I’ll be having for dinner.
