Mark has installed products for me in the past and has always done an excellent job. This time i had a spring that had broken and left my door unusable. Mark came over and though he didn't have the springs I needed he fixed my door temporarily so that I could continue to use it until the heavy duty springs came in. When the springs came in Mark even agreed to come over and install them after hours so that I didnt have to take more time off work. I would highly recommend Totten and Sons to do any garage door work you need.
The guys were very explaining how they were going to fix my garage door, they ordered the parts and when the parts came in, they fixed the garage door. I would recommend this company. They even went the extra mile to come the distance to my house.
