Most HORRIBLE customer service ever – Most HORRIBLE customer service we have experienced in years. We ordered a couch while in-store. We were told by Raya (sp?) that if we ordered from the store, shipping the item to our apartment would be free, as opposed to if ordered online. Today, she called to state that the item was shipping from Canada, and that it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. Not Your Stereotypical Kids' Furniture Store – I tagged along with a friend who was going to Tottini to buy some furniture for their kids. I have to say I was impressed. It was stylish and hip. A nice store layout - not the typical clutter that you find at a lot of kids' stores. They had these cool looking strollers, chairs, beds. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tottini to all parents.
Great store for a modern nursery, kids furniture and accessories – tottini has a great selection of cribs, changings tables and rocking chairs for the modern nursery! It also carries twin beds, bunk beds (the ones on display are very cool) and dressers. It carries a vast selection of toys and accessories. Wonderful book selection! A great store with a lot of wonderful items!!
One of a kind in Seattle! – I went to buy a birthday present for my niece, and after an hour "oohing and ahhing" at all the cool stuff, I came away with two bags full of toys, books and other stuff. The staff was great. A rare find.
