I’m very disappointed with Tottington Medical Care Centre. We arrived for an appointment that was booked correctly with the right time and details. After waiting over 30 minutes, we were suddenly told that the appointment had been booked incorrectly — which is completely untrue. We know for a fact it was booked properly. This just felt like an excuse for poor organization or mismanagement on their part. This was our second visit here, and it was the same experience as last time, just an excuse.
Absolute shambles off a Dr's surgery. Mu mum's nearly 80 years old and had chemo. So having lots of issues. They promise to ring you back and they don't. Oh its down to Dr's discretion. Your a complete joke.
