John the owner was pleasant on the phone. We made an appointment for him to come and give me a quote -- he never showed up. I sent texts and phone him but got no response. I'm reading the other reviews below and see that this is not unsual. I am relieved that I did not do business with Tottenham Paving. If John can't keep a promise on something as simple as showing up for a quote then how can this business be trusted with a job.
