I am sharing this as a parental safety concern for awareness. My child, who rides with TOTS2TEENS Transportation, reported to me that the van driver has been stopping at the driver’s personal residence before drop-off. According to my child, on at least one occasion, he and another child were taken inside the residence. I was never notified of this and did not give consent. Every single morning they blare their horn to wake everyone up in the neighborhood. It's obnoxious. There must be a better way to notify whoever they are picking up that they are outside

I wanted to take a minute to write a review - Heather, Scott and the team at Tots2Teens have been an incredible experience for our family. Midspring my 4 year old's schedule was going to drastically change - after a diagnosis of autism, he was shifting from a daycare during our working hours, so an ABA therapy center half day, and within a few weeks, also to a public preschool to enact an IEP ahead of Kindergarten followed by ABA therapy wrapping around public school's assymetric hours (845 - 2pm MTRF, no school Wednesdays).... read more
