Im sure the staff here is great, if we could ever talk to someone. I refuse to make any more appointments here. It’s impossible to talk quickly to a real person, you’re stuck in AI conversation the whole time even if you’re just trying to cancel an appointment. It isn’t hard to answer a phone.
