Sitting at the Allergists office this morning with my 2 yr old daughter with my referral. Dr. Ruben had given me a labcorp bloodtest referral instead of the skin test that we had discussed at the appt. After three years with this pediatric clinic, we’ve finally decided it’s time to move on. While the medical staff has cared for my son for 3 years, the overall experience has been increasingly frustrating. Office service is just awful, they never answer the phone to make appointments, when you drive all away there the office is practically empty and the are all talking to each other, the office staff is just rude and terrible, is so disrespectful to the patient's, i feel Sorry for the Doctors that this is the staff they decide to have in their office.

The Dr’s were great that’s why we’re still with them. It’s the appointment department or whatever they have are terrible. Today 3/17/25 I waited for 15 minutes for someone to pick up. I finally hanged up. I am in need to make appointment for my great grand-baby girl she’s allergic to something but cannot set up an appointment they are terrible.According to their website walk -in is welcome.
