Look it is an awesome place great people great customer service i have been in a few times now but today was very sad visit As they just tried to rush me in and out. After finishing my braids i noticed their was loose strands of hair sticking out and they were just gonna send me out like that until i mentioned something braids were very loose and barely held up on the way home
I was a loyal customer of this salon for six years, which is why this situation has been so disappointing. In December I came in for box braids and decided to go slightly longer than my usual style. At the end of the appointment I was presented with a price that was $1,000 more than the original quote. The assistant admitted that this price change had not been communicated to me beforehand, even though she said they are supposed to inform clients of any change in price. Absolutely shocking place! Dirty! Smelly! Disgusting! Got head lice from here. I have tried twice but each time the service was abysmal and they’re never able to quote a price - always quote lower and then charge $50-$100 more! Pure Rip Off! Save your cash and go somewhere else!
Bad communication, difficult to make appointments, taking more three days to reply a message.
Their services are below par and overpriced. What to get a full blowdry. Walked out with nothing close to it.
