After viewing the tires I was interested in, I was pleased with the sale price. When I phoned, the dealer was very pleasant and professional and informed me that these tires could be delivered to my home free of charge. I was informed that it would take five or six business days to complete my order. To my surprise, the tires were delivered much earlier. I really appreciate how efficient the service given by Toto Tire.
Ordered a set of tires online and paid for them, took them 4 days to cancel the order with no phone call or anything, now i have to go find another source last minute, unbelievable poor customer service just terrible.
