Last night we ordered a pizza, we have been doing so weekly with no issues for quite awhile now. The pizza never arrived, I tried calling but the restaurant was close, no answering machine, nothing. I called this morning because my credit card had been charged and wanted to get it reversed. The manager argued with me trying to tell me the pizza had been delivered, then when we got past that he said I should have called yesterday because he can't reverse it now, as I said I did call.
