It appears that if a patient does not have positive things to say about this office, you can consider yourself screwed. On or about May 16, 2016 I shared my concerns regarding the poor customer and patient services I experienced after two surgeries. Now when I request a copy of my records I am told by his nurse, Joy "we will get those to you when we can after your negative comments on the Internet".
