We needed to replace our toilet seat, so we went to Toto hoping to buy one. Unfortunately, the sales lady wasn’t helpful and came across as quite arrogant. She told us they only sell high-end toilets, asked if ours was their brand, and then suggested we just go to Bunnings. What great customer service, right? I explained that we were open to anything — whether it was a seat replacement or even changing the whole toilet. But her attitude really put us off, so we decided to take our business elsewhere.
