Marcus gave the best customer service!
Above and beyond expectations with good customer service and communications. It’s so hard to find helpful and good experiences anymore. I was really in a bind trying to get information for a Toto product to get some tenants a functioning toilet back. Marcus at TOTO gallery went the extra mile in looking up information for me that I needed and giving clear communications to me about what I needed and where I needed to go to get it to get this problem solved and fixed as quick as possible. I called Toto customer service and explained to the representative that my unit came with a defective part. He insisted that it wasn’t defective and told me to buy the replacement part on Amazon at my expense. Horrible customer service and I do not recommend them or their products.
Be ware that current Drake toilets are shipped with manufacturing defects which will leak on your floor and cause mold in the subfloor. Georgia and California customer support will LIE about the defects.
After visiting Japan and seeing how terrific Toto washlets are (omnipresent there, and amazing), it stunned me how backwards the US is with regard to cleanliness. I was super stoked to find that there was a Toto showroom here in the U.S. and dropped in to take a look at the innovations and figure out what product was right for me.
