Our home is located in an area with thawing permafrost and water management is especially important to us. When Terry came out to the house to appraise things and draw up a quote, He listened ! And worked with us to arrive at a gutter plan that would function with our steep shake roof, proximity of trees, snow avalanches and other concerns. Terry and TOTL Gutters might be the last of a dying breed of companies. The kind that takes care of people because it's the right thing to do and not because they can work an angle to nickel and dime you. Outstanding quality of work, professionalism and a genuine care for his customers that will blow your mind. I'll never go through anybody else, I'd rate 6 stars if I could.
Can't say enough good things about Terry and his crew. I had a small repair job that was handled so quickly and so well it sort of blew my mind - all while paying a reasonable price! You can't go wrong enlisting this business for your gutter project.

I was incredibly impressed with Terry's professionalism and responsiveness. I have drainage issues and needed help with my gutters. He answered the phone, showed up same day-when he said he would, took the time to look everything over, and was honest and helpful throughout the process. That alone deserves 5 stars these days. Highly recommend!
