Service dept has been great
Great experience with Ted in service. He was very friendly and informative. I would have given my experience 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the greasy foot prints all over my floor mat and the inside of my driver’s door (I have ivory colored interior). I appreciate getting my car in, though. Thank you.
Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.the tire gauge was reading the wrong tire information. They were able to find a screw in a different tire. Repaired tire, and reset the gauges. Fantastic!
My sister-law made an appointment to diagnose a transmission repair a week ago for 7:30. She took it in this past Wednesday & it sat all day long and, only after I called around 4:30 saying that we were unhappy with your service department's handling of the situation did the technician finally get to it. Too late...we picked up her vehicle & took it across the street to Serra Chevrolet where it was fixed the next day.
