At 65 years old with many, many new car purchases under my belt I have had quite a few experiences with service departments at multiple dealerships with some not being very pleasant. Brendan, along with his coworkers, did not fall into that category. Top notch group all the way around starting with communication. Brendan kept me updated thru the entire process on my lengthy repair along with obtaining a loaner for me (with Service Manager Samantha’s oversight) when very few were available.
