I am afraid that the rental increases will force us to sell and move. I like the place. It's nice and quiet. The neighbors are great. We are 80 and 84.
Don't move here! Management does not stick up for its residents. The park has a out of control Karen and doesn't do a thing, just let's her be out of control. Find a place that actually cares about it's residents.
WISH RESIDENTS WHO GET PACKAGES/MAIL BY MISTAKE WOULD BRING IT TO RIGHTFULL OWNERS !! AND PLEASE DO NOT HANG/ATTACH THINGS TO OTHERS SHEDS,ETC. AND WE MISS OUR PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY!! SO MANY "ABUSED" IT THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS ~~
