Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Scheduling was smooth and professional. I booked a new-patient examination, arrived on time, and was told they would take X-rays and images. No problem. Then, after I was already seated and ready to proceed, I was told that a blood pressure reading was required. This had never been mentioned during scheduling or before the appointment.
