Did a great job with the work reflooring my house, would absolutely work with them again.
DO NOT USE TOTEM!!! We used Totem for our kitchen remodel in 2021. I had really high hopes, but they really fell short to expectations!! I was working from home during this process and in constant communication… The following are things were adverse to me during the process: - The interior designer quit after she made the design and we were not given someone else to guide us. Braidon, Rivers, and the rest of the crew at Totem did a fantastic job on our home. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. The quality of their work and that of their sub-contractors was great.
I feel very fortunate that I found Braidon and his team at Totem Interiors. They have become my one stop shop for all of my home upgrades/repairs for both interior and exterior projects. This year they have refinished my bedroom furniture, a corner hutch, removed and installed new flooring in our whole house, inspected and replaced all rotted external cedar trim pieces, and just completed refinishing our kitchen cabinets.
