All pricing was very open and honest. Any changes that we requested were done without question and were transparent for pricing. Kept us informed of time and day they would be there each time. Only negative would be in delay of getting some materials and dust control but still not bad. If i could do. 4.75 stars i would!!!
I had an excellent experience using Totem. They were professional, friendly and reliable. They handled several major projects on my home after it was struck by a vehicle, including foundation work, masonry, framing, electrical, water mitigation and interior repairs. The whole situation was made less stressful thanks to Brayden and his team letting me know the phases of the process. I highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a skilled and dependable contractor.
