Highly recommend the crew at Totem, folks. From the initial estimate through job completion, we were impressed at each stage. When hiring a GC, I've heard stories about lack of communication, delays, or issues with subcontractors. Not with Totem. The experience with their team was, dare I say, pleasant! We love our new flooring, doors, updated living room and outbuilding and are so glad we went with them.
Braidon, Rivers, and team were EXCELLENT! Very patient with me, I’m the most impatient person to deal with. Very communicative. Everything was done in a timely manner. We had our Jack & Jill bathroom remodeled. They tiled the floor & shower. It’s beautiful! They painted and changed out all the fixtures as well. I’m beyond impressed. Awesome work. Job was done correctly no shortcuts also awesome and transparent conversation about the job being performed. Very pleased with service.
Countertop and backsplash are beautiful. The installation was accomplished professionally and the crew was very friendly and helpful and they arrived on schedule.
