Very unpleased with my service a month back. Would not recommend
Thieves. If I could leave lower than a one star review I would. They siphoned my gas. They were very unfriendly. And extremely over priced. 0/10 experience. And very poor communication. There was a noticeable change in tone when I mentioned my insurance was third party only. As I work with cars, I fix things myself. They charged me almost $500 for 5km of towing all up. Owner is very rude and takes no responsibility for his actions
Based on my experience it was a horrible service. First of all, I brought them a super clean car and what I get back is a dusty and dirty car with white marks everywhere even on seats which took me 3 hours to clean. On top of that they jack the car from wrong place which they don’t want to admit and left me with bend bar. Once I have been back to them and told them the situation, they didn’t take any blame and did not even bother saying sorry !! Now I have to pay again to get the bar fixed and get new wheel alignment.
