Carport installed July 2023. Still not finished. Several emails and calls to Don Lincoln. Promises made with no follow through. Paid in full. On trust we paid the final installment so workers would be paid on the understanding that Don would organise their return with materials paid for to complete the job.
Never finished the job had to finish it myself, after months of chasing him, screws in the roof missed panels gutters were installed incorrectly, left the motor exposed to weather already had to replace parts. Concrete was poured slopping in the wrong direction, door has a big gap under it as concrete and shed were not aligned properly. Took over 6mnths to do a 2 day job before I gave up on him and did it myself
Do your self a favour and look else where, you will be chasing this guy for months to get your job done, just turns up flicks his cigarette button all over your property asks for money then won't turn up again for a month or two
