If you're keen on chasing up your quote, leaving messages and emails and getting no response, it seems Total Span will be happy to frustrate you. Really poor communication from Darren the sales rep we dealt with, and both quotes we eventually received had incorrect information despite a personal visit to our place to measure our space. Maybe our job was too small to be given the time of day. Frustrating and disappointing experience.
Just had a large shed built by Totalspan and as I have no construction skills I had Darren and the crew at Totalspan handle everything from the council permits, building permits and the construction. The construction was excellent and all works were handled very professionally. I totally recommend Totalspan for your new shed. Thanks to Darren and also Matty and his team for the excellent service.
This was my second structure purchased from Totalspan Cairns. On both occasions the work was completed on schedule in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Totalspan Cairns to any prospective buyer.
I wanted to share my experience with Totalspan Cairns. I purchased a boat shed back in July, but the installation was delayed until now. For months, I was given constant "next week" promises and every excuse under the sun for why they couldn't show up. Now that the builder has finally started, they’ve left my front yard in a complete mess. The lack of communication and total disregard for my property has been incredibly disappointing. I definitely would not recommend them.
