I had to make them change my DEF Pump. They are professional from start to finish. Technician Dee was very plasent, helpful and professional. I recommend them to everyone if there is any work to be done.

Had a tire blow out on my semi and in less than 15 minutes they were there , fast efficient and friendly . I highly recommend saved their information because we will definitely be using you guys when in the area if need be

Maybe these guys good at maintenance, but never use their parking storage, as their prices to high, just for 5 days, i have to pay $200

I want to thank Total package truck and especially Darrin. I was headed from Texas back to GA and got some bad diesel with water in it. It was early in the morning, maybe 7:15am, and Darrin answered and proceeded to help me resolve my problem. He ran from one parts store to the other, chasing me some new fuel filters. After about 2 hours, he had me back on the road and rolling again. He changed my filter and went over anything else we had questions over. It says they're open 24hrs. No one answered the phone... Pilot/Southern tire mart came through & got me going again pronto!
