I'm not rating the product, but the staff. Absolute jerks! Went in to get help on replacing a part and was completely blown off as the employees went and hung out with a group of guys leaving me standing there like I didn't exist as the other employees sat in the back just staring at me. Needless to say, I will not be returning and don't recommend whatsoever!
The staff at Sarasota Lounge is Totally awesome. They are always friendly & really know their products. I've been waited on by Craig & Brian, they have always been very patient with me, never rushed me or made me feel my questions were lame bc I am sure they get asked the same things over & over. The staff has helped me choose my flavors, the throat hit, & the atomizer that would be best for me & my patients' level . I hear a lot of negative about this shop and I have been to every shop in sarasota I stopped in a little bit ago to check out there store I don't see why it's negative it's has a great lounge lots of flavors to pick from and I love the way the dress
