Great staff and plenty of selections
I’ve hesitated to leave this review because I genuinely enjoy this location and have been happy with my membership and the services offered. My concern is specifically with my recent experiences when the regional manager is working at the front desk. I have a mid-level membership because it includes exactly what I want—the tanning beds I use as well as services such as red light therapy, which I enjoy. Leaving this because I actually enjoy coming here and so do others I know. But this regional manager who has been here lately is 1. Awful at sales 2. Annoying and wasting our time. Many people who I know who go here are pretty loyal members. I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for me friend and just watched 2 people walk out in frustration. She wasted a full 5 minutes today attempting to “ up sell.” She also tried to upsell my mother to a higher level account when she already has the highest level, so that doesn’t show m... read more
Pushy sales, charged me money for services not rendered. Poor customer service line.
