Love totally tan. Everyone is so nice & welcoming. I got the whole package. Bad part is I love the location, close to home. But there are 2 wellness equipment that Eagan doesn't have that Woodbury does. If we are all paying the same I would love the whole package that Im paying for. I don't want to drive all the way to Woodbury. I really want to do the cryotherapy and one other one. I get migraines & want to see if it helps. The red light therapy are working well with my other medical problems. Just that part really bothers ... read more
Horrible customer service I dealt with storm cannot erify information and would not confirm whether or not my last items were at the store basically every time I call this number they tell me I have to go into the store so I’m not sure why they have a phone number and customer service which doesn’t do anything very poor customer service extremely rude on the phone. I’d put zero stars just dealing with them in
Scheduled a float session this past weekend. Arrived a bit nervous, but excited! Lexi was so friendly, helpful, and informative! Clean, comfortable atmosphere.
No shade to the store, i loved the ladies who worked there and always had a great experience! the totally tan and spa in Eagan is one of the best tanning places I’ve gone too , and the employees are so nice and the environment is super clean 10/10 .
