the new look is amazing would be even better if the young staff would keep up on cleaning, hair in beds, mud on benches in rooms. 90% of the staff are great but a few at this location dont listen to members when they set times in the beds and can be seen going behind the counter when not in uniform, interjecting into members conversations without knowing what was being discussed or why, and trying to interject when members share personal experience, not a great way to "Be the reason they come back" may have to start going to... read more
Charged me$ 23.69 for an upgrade. NEVER EXPLAINED the “upgrade “ was only for 1 visit. So it’s $70 for 3 sessions. Scam scam scant
