I have been trying to get a hold of some that can help me with a issue I had at the Bloomington location I bought a bottle of tanning lotion and it's a self tanning not a bronzer said something to manger and she said there nothing she could do and there beds are know good I want my money back or a month of the wellness spa
Rude staff; refused to accommodate a freeze request placed 6 days ahead of the next month due to emergency surgery which prevents me from using any of the services the entire month. Sorry, I didn’t know on the 20th that I was going to have emergency surgery let alone that you would refuse to work with me & understand my situation. Gross. Just simply gross.
Terrible customer service! I have been a customer for many years, my card got declined one time due to it being expired. I immediately got a new card on there (after realizing it on my own) and they would not waive the $10 decline charge. After calling customer service, i waited on hold for 10 min. The customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude. The prices are already way too high at this company and the customer service sucks. Will not continue to send people to this establishment.
I wish there was a negative star to share how experiences with their "guest services" goes..because it doesn't! Their guest services representative are a joke! I've been a member of Totally Tan since I was 18 (32 now), I went into the St.Francis, MN location to unfreeze my membership last week and start tanning again which was when I was informed for the FIRST AND ONLY time since freezing my account that my CC on file hadn't been processing and they had terminated my membership and refuse to offer any solutions to reopen it ... read more
Worst company policies ever. I used a gift card for a monthly membership and they required a debit card on file also. Then I got charged $160 for another month I did not want. They refuse to refund so I am contacting the BBB.
