They decided to change packages to make things more convenient for them, offered upgrades for $40 more a month or crap services for $20 a month with only 1 bed. Turn over rate at the local place I went was so high all you ever saw was a manager and trainees who could not figure out your name. Had to stand there for 5 min or more while they figured out basic spelling. Always a wait after the change, oh but you could upgrade for a outrageous fee. Unfortunately I only have had two experiences in regards to Totally Scam, one was when they fraudulently took $130 unauthorized dollars from my checking account, the other was after several visits I as many days and had absolutely no evidence of being in a bed that actually worked, will never patronize them again.
I have been trying to get a hold of some that can help me with a issue I had at the Bloomington location I bought a bottle of tanning lotion and it's a self tanning not a bronzer said something to manger and she said there nothing she could do and there beds are know good I want my money back or a month of the wellness spa
Rude staff; refused to accommodate a freeze request placed 6 days ahead of the next month due to emergency surgery which prevents me from using any of the services the entire month. Sorry, I didn’t know on the 20th that I was going to have emergency surgery let alone that you would refuse to work with me & understand my situation. Gross. Just simply gross.
Terrible customer service! I have been a customer for many years, my card got declined one time due to it being expired. I immediately got a new card on there (after realizing it on my own) and they would not waive the $10 decline charge. After calling customer service, i waited on hold for 10 min. The customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude. The prices are already way too high at this company and the customer service sucks. Will not continue to send people to this establishment.
