I've been a loyal customer of Totally Tan since 2018, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I requested to freeze my account in person in early April, only to be informed later that the only way to freeze my account is through an online form, which was not communicated to me during my visit. Beware!!!! They tell you what your membership gives you and you sign for something else!!! (Are employees on commission? Idk) I feel a person that’s been taken advantage by a phone solicitor, but this is an actual company!!! A spray tan outright costs $40 and don’t expire. The membership price 34.95 is a month. IF YOU DONT USE IT, ITS GONE!!!!!!!!! I thought I had a significant amount built up for the summer only to find out I have TWO!!!!! I’m out over $600!!!!!! I got a new bank card and in the very same day I came in to give them my new card info they charged me a $10 fee. That’s upsetting as I have been a reliable customer for 5 years.
