Shitty experience. Cacoon sauna was over $43 for 15 minutes and my body didn’t even think about sweating (on the highest setting). Came out drier than I went in. Asked for more time and was told I’d have to pay. Left with only a “sorry”

Great Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy with great customer service!
This is by far the BEST location! Best staff and BEST services! The CRYO is amazing! In 3 min a day all inflammation and joint pain gone. The red light and full spectrum is amazing also!
This Ramsey location is amazing. Always so clean and happy in there. The ladies are very helpful and are very nice. They definitely aim to please
