Dr Jacqui Franklin-Jones was flawless in her approach. So kind and gentle with our 2 year old for his first ever Dentist appointment. Her patience certainly made him warm up to the experience with him then open to counting his teeth. By the end of it he wanted to go back to her room to see her again and asked to open his new toothbrush from the generous showbag to brush his teeth there and then - something we have struggled up until today to get him to do.
