I’ve been going for years. Initially the south location was amazing, but over the years, it's really declined. I've watched employees argue at the front desk, I've had appointments that I scheduled months in advance, cancelled within 2.5 hours of the service, to purchasing Jabe Iredale makeup that was expired. The service is no longer worth the price.
Pedicure with steph was phenomenal
60 minute facials by grace take 42 minutes…. And when the front desk is confronted that’s when managers decide it’s time to go home. Hope the rest of your day was nice Kara….
This is a great spa with lots of talented MT’s. I frequently go to April Johnstone. She’s got a great personality and tons of experience. Whether you’re going for a relaxing massage or you need a deep massage, she’s simply the best. Hands like vice grips and elbows like daggers. Thanks April!
