Toya was amazing! She was very patient with my son who was getting his ears pierced for the first time. She was welcoming and very thorough with the steps and after care steps

My daughter wanted a piercing for her promotion and Toya was so absolutely amazing! Toya was patient with both my daughters and I, she explained the process, specials and walked us through selecting earrings. She took her time and walked my daughter through the process again before piercing her, since she was nervous, and allowed my daughter to see the placement before she proceeded. We are very thankful for Toya’s SUPERB customer service!
