Terrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes and made it very clear I knew what I wanted to purchase... wasn’t asking to see anything or didn’t need any of their time however they pierced ears, let this man try on 3-4 different chains while I patiently waited. Worst customer service by far! Won’t be back
