Arrived on time for my appointment and a worker was sitting in the chair and doing their hair. They asked me to sit down and wait whilst continuing to do their hair. The woman barely spoke to me during my appointment, I felt extremely awkward. To top it off, the workers were complaining about a customer and appeared to be inconvenienced by her and her allergy to shampoo/wanting to book with a specific hairdresser. What an extremely unprofessional workplace, refuse to spend money at an establishment like this.
With having curly hair and many disaster haircuts in my time, it was a pleasure to walk out with the perfect cut and style that is easy to care for. Thanks so much.
I was completely happy with my service. Gemma paid great attention to detail and offered a variety of options based on my inspiration pictures. Overall was very impressed with how my hair turned out. 100% would recommend 😊
