The crew was efficient, informative, and kind.
We have previously had services ie: roofing, previous HVAC, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical, windows, fencing, arbor, etc. I can honestly say that our service and experience with Totally Clean was exponentially above and beyond any we've experienced before. This is the second time I have had James and his crew complete another residence duct cleaning. As before James arrived ahead of schedule and informed me of each step he and his crew were doing. Also pointed out multiple air leaks and did not push the extra service to be done like so many other companies do. I will continue to use them and recommend them.
