Had good experience with Sanda. However, the tech was terrible. In addition, he damaged my property and lied about it. You can count on an upcharge. I am so certain that I am almost tempted to suggest that I will pay your bill if you don't get one. Jennifer, in the office is ridiculous. Terrible company. Don't use them.
I was hesitant based on the reviews to use the company but I am very pleasantly surprised with the results and how professional they were. Had a great guy named Justin. He did an excellent job on the furniture(really stained furniture at that) and carpet. I was used to using the other company(SS)for the past several years but for the price the quality has gone downhill. These guys were cheaper and just as good if not better. I will for sure have them back for the rest of the house!!
The price apparently jumped up $75 once the technician got to my home to clean my sofa & loveseat. I was told a certain price over the phone and suddenly after the I didn't want to purchase any additional add-ons from the beyond rude technician, the price more than doubled. I too was told that my sofa was the dirtest he has seen. Seriously how insulting and it wasn't even that dirty. Could not wait to get him out of home. I was more upset over the rude behavior than wasting my money.
They offered a coupon for 59.99 for 4 roams and a hall. Once I refused to purchase any add ons like spot treatment, which one would think would be included in a CARPET CLEANING service, the technician seemed to be annoyed and proceeded to say that my carpet was one of the dirtiest he had seen. He would not move ANY furniture so me as a woman had to do it myself. When he was finished my carpet looked as though it had NOT even been cleaned. I hired Totally Clean to clean my entire air duct system (all vents, mains, returns,and furnace), dryer vent, and carpets. The quality of the work was good, especially the carpets. I've had my carpets professionally cleaned in the past, and Totally Clean did a far better job. However, after the technician finished with the duct work, my air conditioner wasn't working correctly, which I informed him of before he left. I contacted provider to clean carpets and was quoted one price. Upon arrival I was given another. I considered sending him away at that time but felt obligated to have them provide the service. After services were completed and I went back through the rooms after he left I noticed areas that were not done and other areas that remained dirty after he had already completed them.
