Je vous déconseille fortement de louer un van à cette entreprise! Nous en avons louer un pr un trip d'un mois avc 2 amis ns sommes passez par cette entreprise c'est de l'arnaque, outre le fait que le van roule bien il est en piteux état: Fuite d'eau à l'intérieur lorsqu'il pleut, Micro onde et prise qui fonctionne uniquement lorsqu'on est branché, Fenêtres d'en haut cassé, Moustiquaire percée, Coffre qui ferme mal, Porte de côté qui se bloque, Plaque qui s'allume mal etc.. mais le pire reste à venir, à la fin de notre trip n... read more

Cairns was busy at this time of year so it was a surprise to get a newer model camper like we did. All the other campers from other Cairns suppliers were old and crappy, the one we got from Totally Campers was a newer model hitop 5 seater. It came complete with a refrigerator, microwave and stove top for cooking. We made burgers, had hot coffee and enough room to sleep all of us. Hello people. We hire a campervan for travel from Melbourne to Brisbane. This campervan was very good. I did have it for two weeks and it drive well. It was automatic so my girlfriend can drive too. Good size bed was important for me. Sleeping no problem. More important was fuel efficiency. Camper was good on fuel.

Ok, so I have changed my review. I thought Totally Campers didn't give me my bond money back, but they are right, they did indeed tell me that the money would be in my account in seven days. I should have waited because it is an overseas account. The vehicle was good and once I understood how the various offers work from the other rental companies I found everything at Totally Campers was normal after all. They were very helpful because I didn't know much about hiring a campervan. So the introduction to the vehicle was good.... read more
