Recently had a service with totally automotive, and I have to say I was very impressed. Seemed to be a workshop that has honesty, pride in their work, and good customer service at heart. Did not feel I was ripped off in any way, or that there was a sniff of price gouging, and was honestly surprised by the level of care they took in servicing my car, especially when compared to other mechanics in the area. I’d give totally automotive 6 stars if I could.
Brent and Scott are amazing whole family have been taking our vehicles there for years never a problem n will always let you know if anything is wrong before fixing it highly recommended
I had a warning light come on in my car and called so many mechanics, but no one could see me for anywhere from a week to a month. Total Automotive got me in the very next morning. When I arrived, everyone was so friendly, even though they were clearly very busy. The team looked at my car straight away and fixed the problem on the spot. Just got done with what they called a simple fix - to me = brain surgery. Boom boom Done in less than an hour. Issac is a treasure and I'm sure they treat him right. Price was right, service was exceptional for a quick "we'll fit you in" job. Got them on a referral and will use no one else now. Fantastic people & workmanship.
