Amazing service! They diagnosed and fixed my issues, but on top of that, they generously fixed a large dent on my bumper! Great communication and updates from them during the process as well. They gave pice transparency that was easy to understand. Such valuable service and great people!

I’ve used Totall before and had a great experience. Previously they would schedule a specific inspection window so that the car could be dropped off and inspected while you wait. They have somehow lost that scheduling capability; They are no longer willing to schedule a specific window of time. So if you have access to only one car you are officially S.O.L. Amazing service!! My Range Rover had an unusual issue connected to the computer system. All alerts were flashing. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They were priced lower than their competitors and ordered the part that was needed immediately. The entire staff is professional & knowledgeable. And, better pricing than the competitors. Repaired my car successfully and quickly. Their price was also much better than 'the others'. Also had my car serviced there 1 year ago, and they did a perfect job. Highly recommend them.
