Iced matcha latte tasted like water I threw it out after a few sips. Do not get that here. Also just from the pale green color you can tell the matcha quality is poor.
I stop by the West location regularly and everyone is so pleasant and helpful! I buy matcha from here to make at home & I think it might be the best I've found. Don't be deterred by the price, good matcha is hard to come by and it is much more affordable than stopping at a coffee shop everyday!
The only place you need for your tea needs. As a lover of loose leaf tea, this place is my go to. Massive selection, fair prices, great staff.
Update below: Tea is great, but if you order a coffee latte from Their shop at the west farmer’s market, you get 1/3 cup drip coffee topped with milk frothed in a frothing machine- it’s not espresso and it’s gross. Really disappointed UPDATE: Don’t call it a latte if it’s not a latte. I didn’t order a coffee misto, I ordered a latte, as per your sign that says you serve lattes. I won’t be back, you have lost me as a customer.
I was inspired to review after I finished one of my first bags of earl grey cream. It is the BEST loose leaf earl grey that I’ve had. When I was little, I had earl grey at a New Years Eve tea time event. Never have I been able to recreate that earl grey except for when using Earl Grey Cream!!! It’s lovely!!!
