We love our deck! Enrique and team communicated and delivered in a way that surpassed our expectations! Through the entire process he and Alex listened and made wonderful suggestions. We could not be happier with our outdoor kitchen! We would recommend TotalDesign 360 to anyone looking to build an outdoor deck or kitchen.
Very honest and nice people, knew when i first met them i would choose them to do my project. They pay very close attention to detail and nothing is impossible for them, they take what you describe to them and make it happen. We had a couple changes and they took care of it with ease. Everything came out great, including the concrete, patio extension, electrical, TV wall, full kitchen and bar, and grilling area. Very quality work at a reasonable price. Dont hesitate to reach out to them if you need any outdoor projects.
This company takes pride in their work, great attention to detail. It was easy, they took care of the permits with the city and give you everything to submit to HOA. I will be using them again for future projects.
This company has no customer service and is dishonest. Poor quality work and no guarantee. Enrique completed a fence and side gate for me a year ago. After multiple calls and texts asking to come fix many issues, he ignores me and doesn’t stand by his work. Have to hire someone now to fix his work. Save your time and money.
